Where is our park situated

Our park is situated in the heart of the English Lake District, at the end of one of the most beautifull valleys, called Great Langdale.

Travelling from the South

  • Leave the M6 at Junction 36.
  • Take the A591 by-passing Kendal.
  • Follow this Lakeland-route past Windermere to Ambleside.
  • Turn left on to the A593.
  • At Skelwith Bridge turn right on to the B5343 and follow the signs for Langdale.
  • After about 3 miles you will find Greenhowe on your right.

Travelling from the North

  • Leave the M6 at Junction 40.
  • Take the A66 towards Keswick.
  • Left via the B5322 on to the A591 via Grasmere to Ambleside.
  • Turn right on to the A593.
  • At Skelwith Bridge turn right on to the B5343 and follow the signs for Langdale.
  • After about 3 miles you will find Greenhowe on your right.
