Caravans
ALL PRICES PER WEEK, INCLUDE GAS, ELECTRICITY AND 17,5% V.A.T.

If you like to book less than a week (short breaks): Please select the period you would like to stay, select the caravan you like, divide the week price by 5 and mutiply the result with the number of days you like to stay.

Sample: you like to book a Delta Platinum for 4 days in the week starting on the 26th of June.
Your short break price will be: (£305/5) x 4 days = £244,-

For the nightly rate during the 1-10th of April you still divide the rate by 5. For example if you wish to book a Langdale De Luxe for three nights commencing 9th of April this would be (£410/5)*3 = £246

Our DELTA GOLD DELUXE Caravans are all PET FREE.
However we have all other types of caravan available as PET FREE or PET FRIENDLY.

ALL CARAVANS are supplied with duvets and pillows but NOT with sheets, pillowcases or duvet covers. However these are available on hire. Otherwise you are obligated to bring your own.

PLEASE ASK ABOUT PET FREE VANS

ALL CARAVANS are supplied complete with equipment for the number of people stated. We cannot allow additional people to stay in any of the caravans.
ALL CARAVANS have electric lighting, gas cooking, heating in all rooms, w.c., shower and basin with H&C, fridge and colour TV with DVD.
ALL CARAVANS have provision for a cot side on one single bed (available on hire).
We supply duvets and pillows but NOT sheets, pillowcases or duvet covers (all available on hire).
ALL CARAVANS are Non Smoking, so smoking is not permitted in any of our caravans. Customers and their guests are required to refrain from smoking inside all caravans. However, you can smoke outside the caravans if you wish.

DOGS MUST NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN YOUR CARAVAN AT ANY TIME

Deposit £50.00 per caravan per week NOT returnable in the event of cancellation.
The balance of your payment is due four weeks before your holiday starts.

We do not normally send a receipt for the balance. If you want a receipt, please send us a stamped addressed envelope.
We reget that we cannot refund any money paid if you decide to cut short your holiday.

The proprietor reserves the right to terminate any tenancy if the terms of the tenancy agreement are not kept or for any other good and sufficient reason.
In such cases the refund of any outstanding rental shall be deemed to discharge all liability of the proprietor to the hirer.

In the event of you wishing to cancel we must be notified in writing. We will then make every effort to relet if we do relet, you have no further payments to make; if however we are unable to relet, you are responsible for the balance. If you wish to insure against cancellation we have a scheme which will cost you a small premium per week booked, paid at the time of booking.
