CONDITIONS AND REGULATIONS FOR RENTED CARAVANS
1. Cars may only be parked where indicated and only one car per caravan may be parked if a car space is shown. All other cars to be parked on the carpark ( no extra charge). All boat trailers or car trailers to be parked on the car park.

2. Caravanners must observe the conditions attached to the park licence granted by the South Lakeland District Counsel.

3. No caravans shall be used for sleeping by more than the number specified on the price list.

4. All solid refuse including tea leaves must be deposited in the waste bags.

5. Animals will only be allowed on the park at discretion of the Park Operator and must be kept under proper control by their owners. Owners may be required to leave the park if they permit their animals to foul the site or become a nuisance to other park occupiers. Bitches in season must not be brought on to the park.

6. Musical instruments, gramophones, radios and televisions etc. must not be used in a manner audible to other occupiers of the site between 10pm and 8am and at all times users of the park must conduct themselves with due regard to the comfort of others.







7. Firearms and catapults are prohibited.

8. The cutting of trees or other vegetation and the driving of nails into growing timber is prohibeted.

9. The lighting of fires is prohibited on any part of the park.
10.The hirer of a caravan is responsible for all the articles included in the inventory. Any article missing or broken should be reported immediateley to the Park Operator.

11.The speed limit on the park is 10 m.p.h.

12.Use of the park is conditional on all the park rules being strictly observed.

13. The Park Operator may require any person not observing the rules to leave the park and to remove his belongings forthwith and the decision of the Park Operator shall be final on his question as to whether or not any rule has or not has been broken. The refund of the appropriate portion of any charge paid in advance shall be sufficient discharge of all obligations of the Park Operator to any person who is required to leave because of any breach of rules.
